Our Story
HMB didn’t start as a business idea.
It grew naturally from our lives in hospitality.
Bruno came from the world of operations: service flow, training,
menus, quality, guest experience,
and the financial heartbeat behind it.
María came from the world of storytelling: branding,
content creation, digital strategy, and the creative direction
that brings a hospitality concept to life.
For years, we shared everything we were learning:
late-night conversations about service, guest journeys,
brand clarity, and financial performance.
Eventually, we realised our skills weren’t separate:
they were two halves of the same experience.
We created HMB to bring structure and creativity together, to help hospitality businesses operate with intention, communicate with clarity, and create experiences that feel memorable, efficient, and human.
